Resort Information
Keys
Keys are required for entry to the building, apartments and basement car parking. Keep them with you at all times. Replacement of lost/non returned door cards is $65.
An after-hours call out for a lost or damaged key is 65.00 per key.
Wi-Fi
We do not provide free Wi-Fi. You can buy access to high-speed WF-Fi provided by Freedom at the Reception. The price is ~$30 per week, unlimited usage.
Sofabed
Most rooms have a sofabed (double sized). We charge $20 per night, including linen.
Grounds
Please do not bring any glass to the pool and spa.
Smoking Policy
The Resort has a NO SMOKING POLICY within all common areas and apartments.
If curtains /bedding/furniture is smoke tainted additional cleaning fee of $220 will be charged.
Queensland Government regulations on smoking do not allow smoking in any of the common areas of the building – i.e. no smoking in foyer, lift, garage, pool or garden. Smoking only permitted on unit balconies.
Telephone
The telephone is provided for your convenience and charged at a rate of $0.75 each 15 minutes for a local call and $0.75 per pulse for long distance calls.
Dial ‘0’ for an outside line. Dial ‘9’ for Reception.
Please tell family and friends your room number plus “0”. For room to room dialling, add “0” to the apartrment number, .eg. to phone internally apartment 32 dial “032”.
To phone from outside, ring resort on 5538 8155 and follow prompt.
Apartment Service
Apartments are serviced weekly. If your stay is longer than 7 nights, a mid-stay service is arranged. Daily service can be arranged – charges apply. Extra linen can be hired, if required.
As you will notice, we have stocked your apartment with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, washing-up detergent, dishwasher powder, toilet rolls etc.
Please feel free to use these complimentary supplies.
Your unit is a fully self-contained apartment. For stocking up, Woolworths is located in the Oasis Shopping Centre, only a short walk from the Resort.
You can also purchase some additional supplies Reception: Tea, Coffee, Sugar; Milk; Toilet Rolls; Laundry Detergent; Dishwashing Liquid; Dishwashing Powder; Shampoo & Soap.
Refuse
Please place all rubbish except bottles and glass in plastic bags before depositing in rubbish bin in the drive way. Please place can, plastic and glass in yellow-top bin.
Barbeque
A barbecue is located in the BBQ area adjacent to the pool area. Please follow the instructions provided at the BBQ and when you are finished, and leave barbeque in a clean condition for other guests.

Beach Towels – $5/towel for entire stay
